As a way to better integrate with the next generation in everything we find new ways for better mentoring (Fathering and Mothering) the YP target group, and building solid relationships.

Establish a vibrant Young Professionals group
Strategic Objectives

• Pray for YPs
• Recruit YP from amongst existing members
• Participate in relevant fora (Youth Conference in Vaasa Aug. 4-­8, 2015)
• Set up Social network

Set up Mentoring, Coaching & Training Conversations (Use MBCI & TWL material)

• Attend MBCI’s TTM & TWL TOT
• Recruit mentors amongst ICCC membership to walk alongside YP
